It became the tradition on August 18 on an annual basis to honor the memory of those who were the first in the distant 1941 to defence our city from the Nazi invaders. So it was happened also this time. On August 18, at the Palace of Culture of ¨ZTR¨ PrJSC the veterans of the whole city gathered for a solemn meeting dedicated to the 77th anniversary of the beginning of the defense of Zaporozhye from the Nazi invaders.

Since August 17 to August 18 in the Sports Palace of "ZTR" PrJSC the mini-football tournament for the ZTR Cup tool place for the third time. The traditional participants of the tournament - the strongest teams of large industrial enterprises of Zaporozhye - the new ones were joined, which made the competition even more interesting than before.

On June 8, the contest "Mini-Miss ZTR" was held in the PC ZTR. The age of the participants was within the range from 3 to 10 years. Eight girls participated in the contest this time, each of which was the winner any of nominations. Young models showed their unique abilities and talents. The participants were evaluated by the professional jury.

For the first time In Zaporozhye the event was held on a grand scale.мирового масштаба. More than a thousand the men and women of Zaporozhye took part in the incredibly spectacular race! Such a celebration of the race takes place in different countries. Since this year its holding in Zaporozhye can also become the traditional event, and "Bright Race" can become the visiting card of our city and another “attention grabber” for attraction of the tourists to Zaporozhye and indulge the soul of our citizens. This bright event was not ignored by ZTR employees who took part in it .

April for the Company veterans was rich as to the event: three teams of veterans on April 12, 16 and 17 have visited the Children's Botanical Garden of the city. On April 16, the veterans visited a meeting with the honorary citizen of Zaporozhye city, D.V. Ilyenkov, the former Director of Aluminum plant; the meeting was held in Dneprovsky District Administration. On April 18 there was a regular meeting of the veterans of Motor Transport, Railway and Repair and Construction Workshops.
