ZTR continues to entertain the guests

After the successful technical seminar held in the mid-February, another delegation from SE "NEC" UKRENERGO" has visited ZTR Company, and this once there were the representatives of the Procurement Department. Their goal object was to get acquainted with our Sales Department, with which they have to contact directly; visiting of the Production workshops for the purpose of acquaintance in more details with the products to be purchased.

Along with the issues related to production, the guests were very interested in the history of the Company, the dynamics of its development, as well as issues associated with the approach of ZTR to the International markets.

The essential part was visiting of the Production workshops, during which the delegation became acquitted with employees who had worked at the Company from the beginning of their labor activity and up to the present day. In this regard, the guests have noted the occupational prestige and attractiveness of employment in our Company.

Also the great interest was the issue of updating the skills of our employees, retraining, free within-post career development, that is, the possibility of improvement for each employee.

Since we were visited by the young, athletic staff members, the level of social support for employees is of great importance for them. Therefore, our modern Sports Palace and Handball Team with a world-wide name also made the pleasant impression on our guests.
And to the end of the day the delegation has also visited the Zaporozhye Cable Plant.

In general, the excursion was held at a high level and our guests have expressed their hope for the return visit from our side to show their gratitude to us for the time spent lively and advantageously.
