“Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC is dealing with improvement of insulation quality

“Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC (ZTR) is dealing with improvement of production technology of insulation parts having extended accuracy and high quality characteristics.

Considering increased requirements of the Customers to products’ quality in the conditions of crisis, ZTR has mastered new insulation equipment: five-axial processing center, model МХ5 3038 Рx5, manufactured by CMS, Italy; processing center for longitudinal cutting MD TOP L manufactured by COMEC Group, Italy; moulding machine Weinig Powermat-1200, Germany; machine ALPHA, manufactured by EiMa, Germany; machine for production of T-winding bars made of laminated cardboard, Weinig, Germany.

New equipment ensures extension of functional features of existing equipment as well as to reduce significantly production cycle of manufacture of compound insulation parts. Implemented machines are highly effective and ensure high-quality and accuracy features. Process of manufacture of parts in the major of the machines is automated now and offers operator participation only for control over operation and fitting/removal of workpieces; this is also allows to solve the problem of safety at parts’ manufacture. Adaption of insulation machines ensures manufacture of required parts’ nomenclature without assistance and, as a result, to achieve considerable economic effect.

On system base ZTR continues realization of new projects. High-tech equipment allows adoption of recycling of laminated cardboard, improvement of production technology for individual types of insulation parts, raise of effectiveness of insulation production – all these ensures improvement of products’ quality and enhancement of productive efficiency.
