ZTR will supply transformers for Pavlodarenergo

“Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC (ZTR) has signed the contract for delivery of unit transformer 160 MVA, 110 kV for “Pavlodarenergo” JSC (Kazakhstan). Based on the contract terms, equipment is to be installed at “Heat Electropower Plant-3” (HEP-3), included in Pavlodarenergo.

At the end of 2013, the company called for Tender concerning production and delivery of equipment for TEP-3. Except “Zaporozhtransformator”, transformer manufacturers from Russia took part in the Tender. Owing to implementation of all required technical characteristics, high-quality production, operational experience in the market of Kazakhstan, as well as delivery time and authority of the Company, “Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC (ZTR) has gained a double-digit victory in competitive activity.

ZTR and Pavlodarenergo are joined by long-term experience of effective cooperation. Transformer fleet possessed by one of the largest enterprise of Kazakhstan northern region as referred to generation, delivery and realization of electric and thermal power, is furnished with “Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC equipment, which is successfully operating at the company sites. Over recent years, three transformer – one unit transformer 125 MVA and two transformers 40 MVA rated for voltage 110 kV – have been manufactured for Pavlodarenergo needs.

At the moment, according to new contract the advanced payment has been received and the order placed into production.

Transformer dispatch is scheduled for the second quarter of the year 2014.
