Nine reactors for India were manufactured by ZTR
“Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC (ZTR) completely with the consortium of Indian company Crompton Greaves Ltd. (CGL) has manufactured, tested as well as prepared for dispatch 9 reactors for state power company Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL).
In accordance to the contract conditions three units of equipment rated for power 80 MVAr, 765 kV will be supplied for substation Thiruvalam GIS (Gas Insulating Station), and six reactors rated for power 110MVAr voltage class 765kV – for substation Wardha. Total power makes up 900MVA.

Totally within 4 years ZTR has supplied 7 reactors rated for power 80 MVAr voltage class 765 Kv and 12 reactors rated for power 110 MVAr voltage class 765 kV; equipment was supplied for the first time for substation Thiruvalam GIS.
ZTR collaboration with Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd, is continued, ZTR proceeds supply of qualitative equipment rated for voltage class 765 kV to the market of India. For the last three years “Zaporozhtransformator” PJSC has supplied 63 reactors rated for voltage class 765kV to the different objects of PGCIL.
Dispatch of ZTR equipment is scheduled for the first quarter of the year 2014.
